My YouTube channel is currently in danger of being permanently deleted by Google.

 

Since March 31, they have unlawfully placed a total of 2 strikes on my channel for videos on the topic of Covid-19.

 

I am suing them for the following reasons:

 

1. On April 1st, they initiated a first strike against video that I uploaded via Covid-19. This is a violation of scientific freedom. However, they are not allowing us to appeal the first strike as the video was already deleted to avoid further strikes.

 

2. On April 9th ​​they put a second strike on an UNLISTED – that is, UNPUBLISHED – video on my channel called “THE PCR TEST SCAM”. This video was never intended to be uploaded publicly, but would only appear on an alternative platform to avoid the risk of a second strike. As the author, I must be legally entitled to upload my videos in an unfinished state in order to consider further editing steps after further consultation with experts. Otherwise, why would YouTube offer editing tools if we couldn’t edit videos any further before we publish them?

 

3. Google had already given me a warning on March 31st about this unlisted video mentioned in point 2. However, nowhere did that warning state that this video would receive a strike if the video was not deleted from YouTube entirely. Therefore, it was left unpublished on the assumption that my channel would not receive a strike from this video as long as it remained unpublished.

 

In order to proceed with this case, we have to raise a total of € 20,000.

 

Since my team is familiar with Big Tech’s legal tactics, they are preparing this amount as a cost risk for two cases as it is likely that we will have to appeal after the first instance.
